She doesn't even deserve 1 star. She gave my dog an enema without my consent. He wasn't having any problems defecating. He had totally normal bowel movements on a regular basis. Now he is so sick and hasn't been able to defecate normally for almost a month now. He has terrible diarrhea. He's in pain. He spent 3 days in the emergency hospital. My poor dog is suffering terribly from what she did. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! Your pet's life will be at risk. My dog is under the care of an emergency room vet and another conventional vet now. He is in bad shape. He was a healthy playful happy little guy til she did that to him. He went in for a minor cough and some regurgitation. My heart aches that this happened to him. He trusted me to get him the help he needed and I trusted this vet to take care of him in a compassionate way. She is heartless. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!

She makes you sign a waiver that says she is not responsible for harming your pet. This is strange and big red flag. She showed no affection to my pet, in fact, she was physically rough with her even though my pet is incredibly petite and gentle. Throughout the ordeal, she scolded and laughed at me, acting as though I didn't take good enough care of my pet, despite all the yearly/monthly medical records I had. She didn't finish all the services I expected of a wellness exam, and I was charged over the amount I was quoted. I was glad to get my pet and myself out of there, and won't be returning or recommending her.

Dr. Carol and her staff are nothing short of amazing! Several months ago we adopted a rescue dog who was on 7 different types of medication. Within a week he was down to one and is doing great! She believes in not only treating the pet but educating the pet parents as well. I love the alternative therapies that can be used, not just pharmaceuticals. Her line of vitamins are terrific and it shows up in a happy, healthy dog!

Dr. Carol and her staff are outstanding and compassionate. They not only treat the patient but make sure that I understand exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. They work with me on accommodating my sometimes insane work schedule. A wonderful dog is in the process of adopting us and Dr. Carol and Hayle are our first stop!!

I found her to be very cold and not having an ounce of compassion. I needed her at the worst possible time, my dog was sick and had to be euthanized. She was very matter of fact and right down to business. It was awful. Please reconsider using her.

Outstanding! Very patient and caring, answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. Also took the time to educate me on how better to take care of my older dogs. Spent more time with both the dogs and me than most vets. Really up to date on the latest techniques as well, obviously Dr. Carol and her staff know their stuff! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Dr. Carol goes above and beyond the traditional pet care available today. I was take back by her individual attention she gave to me and my pooch, you could tell she really cared and was not just trying to push us out the door as fast as she could! She spent over an hour with me and answered all my questions from A-Z, I have never left a vets office feeling more informed and confident about the care of my pooch Sophie. I can not thank Dr. Carol enough for her time or care she spent with me and I would recommend her to all!
