He's wonderful ! Saved Grandpa's ( Malvin Howell's) feet when orthopedic doctors were going to amputate them. Can't praise him highly enough and hope he's still practicing.
Malvin was diabetic and a bee man. He was tending the bees on a hot day, came home and took his shoes and socks off and the skin all cam off with it. A neighbor, son of a doctor and had worked in aa hospital himself stopped by to borrow some equipment and saw the feet and rushed him to the hospital. The rest is history. We took him to Alan Mast when the orthopedist said amputate and Alan said I think we can save those feet. Grandpa lived some years after that with his feet intact.
