Per Dr. Tiessen's front end staff, Dr. Tiessen does not call patients to discuss care or other issues when it is requested. Per his office manager, he has a front end staff that "takes care of that". His front end staff are not patient driven and based on this front end staff and office manager he does not seem to be. Was told if I wanted to discuss care, I needed to make an appointment (which means paying for a visit) and talking to him face to face.
