My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Kirby is very uncaring about her patients pain level.. She removed an ingrown toenail fine, but in 2 subsequent visits she found "splinters" and dug them out without numbing my toe at all despite the fact that I was literally screaming in pain with tears running down my face. Its a good thing no one else was in her office. When I checked out I asked the lady at the desk if she hadn't heard my screams, she gave an uncomfortable chuckle and said she'd been on the other side of the office. Interesting, that.I have since found out that she settled 2 malpractice claims, one in Indian River County in 2009 and one in Volusia County, where she now practices in 2013. I wish I had that info sooner. I definitely do not recommend this doctor.
