Dr. Nelson is very professional yet also a good human being. I am a type II diabetic with several foot problems. Unfortunately it was MY decision not to visit him regularly, but I saw him today and he helped me out greatly. I will be going back in two weeks. IMO he has a matter-of-fact, "this is what we need to do" attitude. I like him (and his staff) a lot.
