Been going to this practice for 30 years, since it was Pearl OBGYN. Recently made an appt for an annual well woman exam for my daughter, which has a $0 copay, and they billed the insurance company $1000 and now the insurance company is trying to charge me the copay. Even at the risk of losing 3 patients, the doctors office will not change their billing and fix the mistake.

The office manager hung up on me rather than discuss the problem. After 30 years as a patient I am done!
