I would do more than a 3, because our dr/midwife and nurse are wonderful!! They are sweet, get you right in. I'm giving a 3 only because the gal at the front desk is horribly mean. We have visited there 5-6 times and we dread checkin. Very unprofessional, and just rude. We have talked about leaving each time we go, but Kim, the midwife is why we stay.
