They are inefficient, no responsive, to their customers. You cannot call the Tempe office they give you a phone # that is somewhere across the country can't find me in the patient records when I call. I must have called 7-8 times to get my sleep apnea CPAP machine! Then the OT educator said I should follow up with my doctor about the use of the device I called requested the information from my use of the machine I am in the doctors office and they did not even send the patient information from the machine! I guess when you get older these companies don't care about you only the $$$ from Medicare! Shame on American Home Patient
