Same here billed 5x retail price. Searched product on the internet and retail from 10 different sites $35-$50. Doctor said should be covered completely by insurance. HA!! They billed over $280 to the insurance and surprisingly insurance accepted a good chunk of it but had they googled they would have called BS immediately! BBB should investigate this company. And we wonder why medical coverage is an issue in the US.

The same happen with me. Company is charging the health provider at least 5x more and I have to pay the double of the price. It is ridiculous.

Company charged insurance company 6X retail value for product and then sent me a bill that is double the retail value. Called to discuss bill and was told repeatedly that prices are determined by the "contractual agreement" with the insurance company. Unwilling to negotiate price despite website stating that they are always willing to negotiate pricing and payments.
