I recently tried to order a wheelchair for my wife. After some initial esponse and faxing the prescription and insurance info almost 2 weeks ago, I haven’t been able to get any feedback on the status of the order or even an indication that received the fax. I’ve left multiple messages and emailed rotech. No way to run a business.
