I have sleep disorder and use a full mask at night if I want to sleep a full 6-8 hours. I called them yesterday to report the bottom of my mask has a tear in it and it leaks. I was told it was not time for me to receive a new mask yet and they would not return my call or kept me on hold and then hung up on me. Basically I was told I was not getting a new one. This is a medical company and they want me to continue to use a a piece of medical equipment that has been damaged which could cause all kinds of medical problems including infections. I know what my next step is.
These people are not very friendly or helpful. They refused to take back my UNUSED walker that still has the tags on it. It was sold to me while I was in the hospital and really had no idea if I would need or prefer it over crutches. The lady proceeded to tell me that nobody takes stuff back after 30 days. (it had been less then 30). I pointed out that most retailers like Walmart etc. do, she told me "no they don't". Nation's charges $180 for something you get at the thrift store for $12, new with tags. Now I know why they are new with tags at the thrift store.
