Terrible billing process. Send me three months worth of bills six months after the first visit and then tried to charge me late charges. I paid all the bills and am still getting bills with added late charges. Will be turning them into the aprorpaite governing agency. Ridiculous billing practices and ridiculous accounting practices when you owe no money and are still getting billed.

RE Bipap machine...Head of Billing Kept misreading my policy's benefits w BCBS & argued w me for dozens of hours, even after I got clarifications from BCBS. Finally, weeks later, did read MY policy, agreed I was right, never apologized for wasting So Much of my time, even after head honcho got involved, so I refused to pay her $100 co-pay, but they still keep robocalling me to order more supplies from them! Use At UR Own Risk!
