Tried calling to order supplies. Was told they would call back within 24 - 48 hours. Seriously? Amazon will deliver in that amount of time. Maybe they need to get a second person to answer the phones to take orders. Try some other supplier - I am.

They SUCK, BITE AND BLOW!!!!! They charged me for CPAP supplies that I NEVER ORDERED because they thought my Insurance Carrier was going to pay, but it didn't; they didn't catch the error until 6 months later because their billing dept. was sooo messed-up!!! And then when they tried to bill me, I brought the supplies back to their office in person, they refused to take most of it back, because they said I'D HAD IT TOO LONG, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR ACCOUNTING ERROR THAT THEY DIDN"T CATCH!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS OR THEY'LL SCREW YOU TOOO!!!!!!!
