Terrible customer service. Been dealing with them for over 3 weeks trying to get a piece of equipment. Not helpful or responsive, creating paperwork after Dr sent script and insurance said they would cover. Very frustrated and angry. They are making things more difficult than they need to be and not following up on their own procedures. Told me everything was good, all paperwork in... Then a week later it's not.... Back to square 1. I hope this gets resolved soon!
