My customer service rep Martina was wonderful. She took the time to discuss the product, set up and delivery. Once my doctor faxed the prescription she contacted me right away to let me know. She was courteous, friendly. I have her number should I have additional questions once I receive product. Thank you so much Martina for making this process simple.

I had a excellent visit from Regina today. She was prompt and setup the equipment Dr. Markman had ordered for me. She explained to me and showed me in detail how to use Shoulder CPM therapy chair.

Regina has excellent customer service, and she gave positive feedback. I was very impressed. Regina is very professional. Your company should be very proud to have her on your team. Please consider a promotion to Regina, as she is well desiring.
