Terrible, one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with in my life. My DPM, foot doctor ordered me a foot brace from them 4 months ago. It was supposed to ready in a few weeks. Every time my appointment was a few days away, I would get a call and the receptionist would tell me why she has to cancel my appointment, and give me a appointment for a month later. The first 3 months I politely accepted this, then on the 4th month, they actually called again to switch my appointment to another month later. I told them to keep their brace and filed a fraud report with MEDICARE to make sure MEDICARE takes back the $1000+ they paid them months ago. Horrible awful business.
