The following is a copy of text from an email that I sent on July 27th to their website email contact. It is now August 29th and I have not received any kind of response or acknowledgement of this email. Maybe if it's now out there for everyone to see they might respond!
"Who would be the contact person to speak with about a complaint of how we were treated and spoken to by an employee at the Leominster store?
I don't want to 'trash' this person, but she was very rude to us and physically hurt my grandmother, despite being told several times that touching her was very painful. I wanted to ask for a supervisor while there but she has been there for a long time, and I feared that she may be the supervisor there. I had been there several years ago for medical supplies for myself and don't remember her treating me like that then. What happened to "Quality and Service......Always"?
I did get her name and I think it's possible she may benefit from some customer service/sensitivity training. It is possible that she was just having a bad day, but you when you work with people you CANNOT treat them as if they are wasting your time (despite the fact that there was no other customers there, just a couple other employees), and you CANNOT put your hands on a client roughly after being told that it was extremely painful to do so."
