Reviewing Greeneville, TN, branch. Very nice people at this facility, but they need instruction on how to be more professional. Two staff members seemed to spend more time making excuses as to why they were not ordering supplies than to get motivated to do it. Long wait and excuses. Very polite, but when selling supplies, product movement pays the bills not being overly nice. They also made a point to say when they were open and how their office shuts down between 12-1:00 for lunch. As a business, they couldn't work on staggered lunches so someone is always available? McFarland Group needs to oversee this facility and work at training the staff as more professional representatives of their business. Again, the staff are cordial, but as a consumer it left me very frustrated more than once. Thank you
