I am going to give this review with the admission that perhaps 50% of the problem is mine. My personal thought having been in business for over 50 years is that if it is Lincare - it is Lincare no matter where you are, I did not realize that if they call you and tell you you are qualified for something, then they should tell the whole story, not something far out and then say you have to purchase something else to make it work. When I called them, on speaker phone, I felt very disrespected by whom I assume is the manager (Becky). When I explained the problem, I and others with the phone on speaker, could hear her chuckle and say, sorry, nothing we can do. I said I thought they were there to help, I am a Sr. with some medical issues and she stated I was belittling her, I simply said "I don't think you are willing to help". She started yelling and I hung up. I am now in need of having to find another supplier, I just feel that perhaps this office cannot be trusted. I then received a call and the lady said, I was wrong, she has no idea what the conversation was. I contacted the home office and received no help from them either. Just saying.
