Dealing with health and medicine is like being kidnapped and taken to a foreign country where one has to learn the language, the culture and the rules. Our experience with Major Medical and with the GM Patrick Willoughby could not have been more pleasant. As our "tour guide" Patrick helped us understand how to navigate this new territory with extraordinary patience and knowledge. He was caring, calm and professional and he ushered us toward the the best solution for our situation. Patrick was thorough and very clear in explaining the intricate details of medicare allowances and requirements
