This organization has as its goal the excellent care of customers. My experience with them has been the absolute antithesis of excellent care. It started with the need for a new cannula , no response, then a request for them to remove the equipment from my home..it has taken a full two weeks for the equipment to be removed, and then only after my threat to put the equipment in the street. Cannot recommend anyone use their services.
