This pharmacy apparently thinks its customers should spend excessively long periods of time waiting in line to pick up a Rx. It is a very busy pharmacy and the lines go back nearly the length of the store every time I have gone to pick up a prescription for my 90 year old mother. Prescriptions are not always ready after being told they will be and they usually ask you to come back the next day to pick up a Rx when you drop it off, so counting on same day pick up is problematic. While all the employees behind the pharmacy counter work very hard to fill orders, it is clear that whoever supervises this pharmacy would prefer that customers waste time standing in long lines to pick up necessary medicines, than hire sufficient staff to accommodate their customer base.
