I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a CPAP machine from this company at the recommendation of my Doctor's office. Wanted to buy online but was told it would be too much of a hassle with getting prescription, right fit etc. Had a 20 minute fitting session (I should note that at the time of this purchase I had been using a CPAP machine for over 3 years) which was absolutely useless. I knew the mask that I wanted when I went in and even gave them the model number. They did not have this mask but provided a similar one. I was happy with the machine and supplies until the bills started coming. Per my insurance I was responsible for 20% of the cost. Insurance was charged 5 times what this machine retails for so basically I paid full retail. Then they continued to charge monthly "rental" fees. Got no call back from several messages left on their v mail stating that I had no desire to "rent" this machine and to please provide the cost to buy outright. Finally paid the bill at the end of last year just to be done with it and guess what. Just received an invoice for another month's rental. Called the number on the invoice and was told that they do not handle the CPAP billing and had to call a different number once again. THIS COMPANIES BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE EXTREMELY SHADY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company charged me 35 bucks for a sling they put on my kid when he broke his arm at his pediatricians office. They said i signed an agreement to pay for it, but I was never told it was a charge not covered by my insurance. Scam! I'm very unhappy and will check better the next time it happens.

If you have surgery check that these people are not involved. They charged $35 for a $0.10c ice pack applied during surgery and then their staff attempted to justify it by telling me that I inventoried all items applied and signed for it. Avoid dealing with this company and check they are not part of your healthcare plan.

NO STARS!!! TERRIBLE!!! My son broke his arm in September 2015, we went to the ER and received a sling. I get a bill for $38.29 for the sling from Advanced Technologies, Inc 7570 US HWY 42 Florence, KY 41042. Since this was an injury that occurred during an athletic event, my insurance and the athletic groups insurance were involved. ATI was paid TWICE, once by me November and once by the other insurance in December. After multiple calls and the owner "not in the office and my message is on his desk" I FINALLY received my refund in May 2016 and the check is NOT SIGNED!!! I called the office again and got the "owner not here today, may be here tomorrow" message. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I was unfortunate enough to go to an urgent care that uses A.T. as a supplier. I received a Corflex brace that is sold for $38 on Amazon, Advanced sent me a bill for over $300 for this brace. When I called them about it their employee told me that they had charged me what they paid for the brace.
