The worse, very worse customer service. Took five days and countless calls, messages .. never returned and still beat about the bush for nebulizer. Horrible.. this place should be shut down!!! Day after day of beating my head against the wall!!!!!!!!!!!! I will repeat my experience to everyone l meet and all dr. Offices from now on
Changing where we get our cpap supplies from. This company is the worst for customer service. You never get through to anyone who can help. After 5 phone calls their headquarters took my name phone number and emailed the local office for me in Fall River, yet this local office never got back to me. They are such a big company with sole contracts for some insurance companies that they don't care about individual customers. They can afford to lose us. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
