I agree with Mr. Shay. There is a definite lack of customer service. Calls go unanswered for up to three days if you get a call at all. I have cancelled my account with this company and would suggest others to do the same and warn perspective customers to stay away from this company and find one who will provide the kind of customer service you expect.
Left a message to order supplies @ 11:13AM and change style mask for CPAP, gave call back number. It is now 2:45PM and have NOT received a call. Customer service is extremely poor.
