My cpap. machine stop.working. I was given a loaner, which I tried to use. The machiine had apparentlly been ussed by. a smoker and. I had to clean.it myself before use. Sleep center protecal is to clean any machine that has been previously used for health safety. The one employe who I complained to denied the machine was not cleaned and never used by a smoker. So my.doctor required a new sleep center, that. completed a new. machine was approved. So doctor approved Centerville Medical to release a new machine. Called CM june.30, told they just got a fax from Sleep Center for go ahead, (sleep center fax. was sent week. prior). Despite CM claim would get precessed immediatly, I am still waiting.(July 16). NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS!!!!
