Would not recommend this business! Service has been horrible. they don't communicate with they're drivers and don't return phone calls.I can't ever seem to get a straight answer concerning a pending order and it now appears that they cannot find our script and docs notes. I am really angry at this point.
The customer service is absolutely horrendous. They do not return phone calls, they have their answering service answer their calls I don’t know if it’s not getting forwarded. I’ve been without my equipment all week because they will not return my calls. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with before .
Terrible service, they totally forgot about me because the " had a hard time contacting my insurance company". They failed to follow up after I repeatedly told them I needed my equipment before the end of the year. They also failed to tell me I was out of network regarding my insurance company. I've been waiting more than a month for a call from them that I can come in to be fitted. They ASSURED me it would be taken care of. Lin care was my only option for cpap equipment from Borgess health care group. This company is disorganized, errogent and greedy. I would never refer them, and Borgess needs to cut them off as well.
