After receiving regular massages from Dean, I stopped going. Sometimes Dean gives a good massage, but it can't make up for his "poor me" attitude. When I had to reschedule because of an emergency, he was very unsympathetic although he had cancelled on me many times with little notice. He carried on and on about the inconvenience to him. When I used him for a PIP claim, his primary interest was getting paid in a timely manner, not helping me heal. I switched to another provider because his impatience, motives and attitude bothered me so much that I could no longer relax to receive a massage from him. His communication skills are poor - he seldom understood me and visa versa despite multiple attempts. We had more misunderstandings than I can count, whether it be about his fees or when I gave him feedback on pressure. Very frustrating person.

Dean really listens...and he knows his anatomy! He finds places that hurt that I didn't realize needed work. He is a gifted DEEP body worker. I highly recommend him. He does amazing neck and shoulder work. He's great at everything else...but until you've had him work on your neck, you don't know what you're missing!
