Rude, unprofessional receptionist is why my rating is so low. I was referred by a friend to try this branch of chiropractic care for overall balance to help relieve some issues I’ve been having, so I made an appointment. I made my appointment for yesterday(Saturday) at 3pm. I wasn’t expecting traffic and arrived at 3:07and was asked if I had filled out my paperwork. I told her I didn’t have time and my printer wasn’t working so she tells me I may not be seen today because 3pm is the cut off and I should have filled out my paperwork before hand. I told her had I known that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time I. Coming without completing the paperwork! She claims she told me on the phone which is a huge lie! Why would I drive 25 mins without the paperwork knowing I wouldn’t be seen?? Makes no sense! She proceeds to argue with me that the doctor won’t take me and that I’ll have to come back another day. I end up walking out. I have never experienced a receptionist ARGUE with a Customer on something as silly as paperwork and being 7 mins late. They give a 15 min grace period but I guess it didn’t apply to this branch (as my friend goes to the Brookhaven branch). I will never return!
