They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either.
