Dr. Steven Clarke really puts the health and well-being of his patients first. He's affable, tolerant, and will keep working with you to help restore your mobility and muscle health, so you can hopefully get back to painless living. I have been visiting his office (High Street Rehab in Nutley, NJ) since late May, and the progress on my shoulder has been great!
I Have treated in this office for both of my unofrtunate accidents and both times, Dr . Clarke and his staff were there for me. if I had a question about bills or my insurance they did not hesitate to provide me with accurate information. they helped me both physically and emotionally. all y billing concerns were addressed as soon as they had an answer. office is clean and staff is very friendly.
thank you for all you have done for me during both my accidents.
found this office delightful in my expirience... found physical therapist to be the best of 3 i have seen. HIPPA laws are hard to understand but he staff was informed and happy to make calls on my behalf. I saw review above and assumed all offices have problem patients. Dr Clarke has been is president of Chiroractic sociaty for 8 yrs and now I see the reason why.
I have had a very bad experience with this PT. My son was in a very bad car accident and needed PT. A surgeon recommended me and I had to go back to him and tell him to think twice about referring patients. Once the car insurance ran out they called me on the day of his treatment and told me they would no longer see him. The billing person named Carol pressed me to get a lawyer to help with payment. When i told them i had no desire to get a lawyer for an accident they made my life miserable. I was spoken down to and hung up on 4 times. I called to speak to the main doctor the same person Carol called me and left me a very nasty voice-mail which i kept... telling me the doctor would not talk to me since I'm not a patient and that if i wish to talk to the doctor himself I need make an appointment at an additional fee. Very unprofessional place and will look to file a complaint with the board.
