During our first visit we should have had all of our services done in one appointment but instead we were left having to make a second appointment to get that done with the x ray results (although noone told us this they all just took lunch and literally turned the lights off while they locked up. Anyways we returned to our 2nd visit, the doctor gave us our results and then proceded to go over the charges that we would be responsible for after insurance if we decided to come back for further treatment. Before we signed we specifically asked the doctor if what we were signing was consenting to further treatment/contract or payment and he said no this is just signing to say your interested in our treatments. After we signed and headed out for the tour and spinal decompression the doctor then he said afterwards we would be helped into the next room for electrodes and then an adjustment. Nowhere did he mention that we would be charged for the other services, espically after we asked him not 5 minutes before if we were consenting to any charges and we were specifically told NO. So needless to say when we reutrned to the front desk we were hit with an $85 bill. I was treated so rude by the assistant who insisted that I must not have read what I printed out, when in reality I was never informed that I would be charged nor did I consent to further treatment. He didnt even take my insurance so there was no way I would have accepted treatmtent there. I really feel like they tricked us into splitting the decompression and massage appointment so that instead of just getting the x ray results and leaving afterwards, we were given the results and then had to get the decompression in which they just slid in the other two things and charged us afterwards, because you can't return that.
