I call Dr. Spano yesterday on his day off and he was very accommodating, he told me to come right in and he would see me I had excruciating pain I want to get a massage thinking it will work but it didn't I received an adjustment by him and my neck pain was so much better I was able to sleep that night I am seeing Kim tomorrow for follow visit I would highly recommend him for any boy having pain or any other symptoms.

I have been to many chiropractors in the past, and no one has made me feel as good as Dr. Spano. He also uses a technique that is called CBP for correction of the posture. He is not just a heat , and stim, and adjustment doctor. He also performs rehabilitation on you plus chiropractic. He and his team receive an A++.

Dr. Spano has expanded his office and it looks like it tripled in size from the first time I was there. I have to admit I don't go as frequently as I should so when I do wind up going it's because I'm in a lot of pain and each and every time this happens within a couple of treatments I feel all better, like I could stop, but this time I don't want to stop going because I really enjoy going and getting treatment and I love the staff. I am so happy to have found that place.

I've suffered from back pain for my entire adult life and I only wish I had met Dr. Spano sooner. He has helped me get my life back. I am so grateful to him, words cant' express how thankful I am for chiropractic and most importantly for Dr. Spano because I know all doctors are not created equal, and Dr. Spano is definitely an expert in his field.

I never write reviews but I had to for Dr. Spano because without him I would've had to have back surgery. Dr. Spano treated me with his non surgical spinal decompression machine, I had to go about 30 times but my insurance covered it and I didn't mind going so often because I always felt better after each visit. I definitely recommend Dr. Spano to anyone with herniated discs and is considering surgery. I feel incredible now but I think I will go see Dr. Spano every month for "maintenance" as they call it. BTW, his team is awesome!

I love Dr. Spano! He is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He really cares about his patients, he calls me after ever couple of visits to see how I'm feeling after my treatment from earlier that day. His staff is really friendly too and its a fun enviorment.

This office is not for me. You have to get up in the middle of your treatment to go from one room to another. Not a comfortable atmosphere and I felt rushed out and they were eager to have me make more appointments. Not happy with the doctors attitude either.

I have seen other chiropractors, but Dr. Spano and his staff were very knowlegable, and friendly. His different approach help reduce my headaches with only 4 treatments so far. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

I have suffered with back pain for over a decade and I tried everything and everyone but nothing and nobody seemed to help. My MD wanted me to get surgery but I really didn't want to go that route. A friend of mine referrd me to Dr. Spano and I can honestly say that after 4 months of treatment on his decompression machine and manual adjustments I feel NO pain at all! I feel so grateful to Dr. Spano and his staff for helping me, pushing me through this. I spent this weekend in Vermont snowboarding, something I love and I thought I could never do again. Now I see Dr. Spano once a month for maintenance and I plan to never stop my monthly chiropractic treatments.

I was seeing another Chiropractor in East Brunswick, that was not helping me. I searched Chiropractors in East Brunswick, and found great reviews about Dr. Spano. He examined me, which was very thorough. He explained about my posture, and told me about the CBP approach. He reviewed my x-rays, and showed me how my curves in my neck, and lower back were not correct. 12 visits later, I feel great!
