When I first started w/ Matt, I was so stressed from crises, my body was rigid. w/ needles & adjustments, I learned how to recognize when it was happening to prevent my shoulders from being up around my ears. Also, w/ all the DCs I've been to in 50 + yrs, My posture never felt "right". Now, it does. W/ my bone on bone in neck, knees and back, it's amazing.
