I have a very sensitive back and most chiropractors cause me a lot of pain to the point of almost crying. Dr. Ryan has a 'step table' - don't know the technical name for it - and other methods that aligns me with no pain. I have tried many other chiropractors but this is the only one that I have ever found to work for me. I highly recommend him.
