Scam artist, only concerned with generating profits for themselves by any means necessary. The clinical operations manager isn't even a clinician or a certified coder. They run scams just to self profit themselves. They only care about lying about diagnosis codes and suing patients for self profit, especially the fake clinical operations manager.
