The PT services are great, the girl I have is wonderful. However the receptionist is the worst. You never get a smile or even a hello, you get one word "name" and then " you're all set". What happened to " how are you" or even "can I help you" ? She has the look on her face making you think you are bothering her. She has no personality, no social skills, and doesn't even pretend to care about you.
