Dr is great. The staff that fits the glasses tend to mess everything up. I had a new pair of frames I asked that they put my new lenses in. I was told it was no problem. Then while fitting the frames, they overheated the earpiece and now it is broken and not usable. My sunglasses I purchased has me seeing in double vision and they said it is within tolerance. However, after raising a little bit of a stink, they order a new set of lenses which took well over a month to come in.

been over a month and no glasses no phone call ..receptionest is a lier and knows nothing when you ask what is going on..fast to blame insurance co but they got paid on 7/11/2016 and got my CASH money $139.00 on 7/18/16..I just want my money back so i can get my glasses..watch what u say in front of her fiancee because he will curse you out like he wants to fight u but when u get up in his his he backs down...had to call insurance co,police,lawyer ,and the better business bueral..
