I have got my glasses from Dimensions every time (which is about 3 years, 9 or so pairs of glasses) I have needed glasses. The girls that work there are very nice and knowledgeable. The customer service is always above and beyond. When I have had to replace my glasses I have been able to do so relatively easily and they have done everything they can to get me replacements as cheaply as possible. They have a wide selection of glasses for a variety of budgets. I have always walked away happy!

I have been going there for nore 10 years.Maxi is always adjusting my glasses. She did a great job ftting my frames after a suffered a concussion and really twisted them out of shape.
