I was recommended Dr. Sutton by insurance company, so I figured I d try him out since I m new to town. I ll start by saying his office is a wreck, eyeglass selection was nonexistent, and the atmosphere was basically dirty clutter. However, I stayed for my appointment with him. I expect a doctor to hold more professionalism while seeing a patient because his mannerisms are peculiar in that he often leaves the examination room, and it made me feel like a nuisance. Further, I was unhappy with my glasses because they were not the correct prescription, and his advice was that it takes two weeks for the eyeglasses to work. Honestly, I decided to take the glasses back to him and demand a refund for the poor service I received. I took them back to his office, and I was promised a refund check in another two weeks. It has been nearly 3 weeks since this promise. I have made several phone calls to his office, and I am always unable to reach Dr. Sutton. I also stopped by his office to speak with him, and he is always unavoidably obligated to something else because he is never in the office it seems .
