Dr. Tzeng is the best eye doctor that I even had, She is patient and always smile. The facility is crowded because she has a lot of patients. Even I am in the waiting room, I hear a lot of compliments on her.

I wish I could give this place a zero rating due to the kind of customer service they provide. I was only a few minutes late for my appointment and was turned down quickly even though they are not busy. Looks like the lady receptionist is punishing me for being late by saying since your late we cannot accept you and I am going to reschedule you. Very nice accomodation coming f who is busy chatting with a guy in her front desk no wonder she does not want to be bothered. Btw. I visited 10/31/17 around late afternoon if you want to know who it was. I will never bring my money in this place anymore knowing that lady receptionist is going to benefit from it.
