I would give them no stars if I could. I brought my cat to the Panda Wellness Center to get his shots and to be neutered Wednesday 4/8.

the vet screwed up And wasn't able to get my cat into the cage in the room. So they asked my husband to restrain him. Needless to say my husband was bitten because my cat was frightened and climbed into their ceiling.

They would not allow us to remove the ceiling tiles to get our cat back or open the ceiling tiles to try to get him down. She actually blamed us. I advised her why would you not put a towel around the cat (other vets do this to calm the cat) or simply refuse to see him.

I have never seen a more uncaring vet or lack of ownership for her mistake.

Nor have I ever been to a vet that would ask the owner to a restrain their pet and place him from a kennel into a trap!

She even threatened to call the police on us when we refused to leave without our pet. There was a man there with tattoos that advised us he was a federal agent and we had to leave.

Dr Orso said they contacted animal control but they would not come until two days passed. Well I called Animal Control after 3 days of still not having our cat home and was advised Dr Orso never called nor completed the bite report which is required.

We hardly received updates from them after the first couple of days we had to constantly call them. Then once the bite report was filed dr Orso and her team stopped contacting us altogether.

After10 days of nothing I finally got them to agree with begging and crying that he will die up there why don't you care and they finally agreed for me to hire a private trapper if he signed a waiver!

Dr Orso refused to stay after hours and told the trapper he would have to come when they reopened at 9am since they were closing early!

When we arrived Dr Orso was
Late and her team advised the owner was on her way. She asked me to move my vehicle so she could put her dogs in the yard and had advised the trapper she was not the owner and the owner would be here shortly. Well 40 minutes later she allowed the trapper to come in since the "owner" did not arrive.

Our hired private trapper who advised Dr Orso some of the traps they were using were not good traps and also advised them the garbage can full of food would need to be removed in order for traps to be effective.

Within 1 day of hiring our trapper., We now have Henry back after 11 days and will have him treated elsewhere.

Do not bring your cats here I wish I had read
The reviews of others before I had. cheap vets are not always bad but this one is! stay away! Check with the veterinary review board before you hire a vet to see if they have reprimands. I wish I had beforehand!

TOOK A CAT THERE TO GET NEUTERED ON RECOMMENDATION OF SPECIAL PALS (THEY WERE BOOKED SOLID FOR SEVERAL WEEKS). I NEVER MET THE VET - CAT WAS DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP (LIKE LEAVING YOUR KID WITH A STRANGER!) STAFF WAS UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE MOST UNINFORMED I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. CALLED TODAY TO ASK A FEW SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND THE ANSWER TO ALL WAS "I DON'T REALLY KNOW" WOW - IF THEY WANT THEIR PRACTICE TO GROW/SURVIVE THEY SHOULD TRAIN THEIR STAFF! I DON'T CARE HOW INEXPENSIVE THEY ARE - I'M DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor was not very concerned for my dog's pain and suffering. She was interested in making a dent in my wallet though. Charged for an exam and only listened to my dog's heartbeat. The vet tech were great. That is what the 1 1/2 stars are for.

I took my dog there, and he was very well taken care of. There prices were great compared to a lot of other clinics I had been to. I was seem right away, and was very pleased with the treatment I received.
