I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. I ended up waiting for a very long time. The Dr is very improfesional. She does not listen to her clients, give an attitude and likes to speak over others. You have no privacy in the room due that she lives the door open and you can hear what she is telling others clients. That is against HIPPA. I went twice to her office and both times I had a horrible experince. They give you an appoitment and see you an hour later and also see other clients that arrived after your appointment. Seems to be disorganized. The doctor had a bad attitude.She is incompetent and has no good social/interpersonal skills.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
