I am a patient of Dr. Robert Hughes and his Aesthetician, Teresa Sears Dawson. I have seen many ENT's in my life, but none who showed me such care and concern; he is gentle, thorough, and speaks in layman's terms. Dr. Hughes treats me as though I am his only patient. My first experience with an Aesthetician was right here, with Teresa, who is a wonderful woman. I brought my daughter in for treatment of her adult acne, and for a skin consultation and facial for myself. My daughter is having incredible results; her acne is 96% better than it ever was, and this is after four months! My facial was astounding! The entire staff at North Country ENT are kind, courteous, helpful and professional. The distance I have to travel to be a patient here is more than worth it. Thank you North Country ENT!

Their staff is one of the most friendly, professional and welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. The doctor and staff took the time to review things with me. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Dr. Robert Hughes to my family and friends.
