Took my two sick children today to this establishment and I am very happy with out care. We do not have insurance and were told about this facility by a co worker. Prices excellent and our kids are feeling better already. They got into the "Treasure Box" and were made to feel like they were family. Highly recommend. We found our new family practice

We are grateful to have found this provider for our family. What I like about her is that even if she doesn't know the answer, she will help us figure it out. She has taken time for our family and has made a life changing difference in my children's lives. We love how the staff treats everyone the same no matter who they are. It's like family. My teenage daughter has bonded with her and even wants to go to school for nursing now due to the encouragement she received. This is how medicine should be.

I'm shocked that this lady is still practicing. Crystal Churchwell use to go by the the name Crystal Holland Breland and was arrested in 2012 for writing illegal prescriptions for herself. Google the lady and you will pull up her mug shoot and press article on the whole mess. I just can't believe she has a licenses after all she did. Or does she have one???? Hmmmmmm
