He is a liar, mean, rude and is weird as hell. He is a coward, his incompetence cost me my employment because he decided to flip flop on my diagnosis, wrote a letter to my employer saying I could go back to work and then said he wasn't sure on the phone. Employer used that as justification to fire me.

Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained?
Yes
Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call?
Sometimes
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Mostly yes
Did your provider offer a holistic approach to your experience with them?
I felt that I received so much value from my appointment because of the thoroughly holistic approach they had in place. It's rare. Thank you!
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

I just wish he had explained more to me about my treatment options. He only spent about 5 minutes talking to my husband. Then when my husband finally opened up to Dr. Evans he took a personal phone call right in front of us, We couldn't believe it. I would have never expected him to be that rude.
In addition, he either didn't read our information or didn't pay any attention to, even though our information was right in front of him, I kept having to explain and remind him why my husband was there.

Horrible..........

It was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Dr. Evans claimed to be an expert on substance abuse yet new almost nothing about drug addiction. He was condescending and at times rude. He charged 150 dollars for basically 10 minutes of time. I will never see this doctor again.
I highly recommend you avoid this doctor....

Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They're one of the most unreliable people I've ever met. They always cancel my appointment the day before it's scheduled, it's so annoying. What a disappointment. I found my appointment to just not measure up to what I expected. I had to choose carefully which waiting room chair to sit on. Not all looked clean. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place.

Worse experience ever! I waited for 3 hours, and in 2 minutes he decided to state that my 5 year old was ADHD and immediately started prescribing medication. He didn't even get a chance to speak to my son and make any type of assessment to give him this diagnosis. My son was sitting down quietly the entire time, he even screamed at my son to put his hands on his lap because he didn't want him ruining the leather on the arms of the chair! He also got very upset when I questioned his diagnosis and how I didn't want my son medicated. I walked out after he started yelling at me, how unprofessional!! Plus he mentioned he didn't want to hear my complains. I hope someone one here hears my complains. I really don't know how someone like this even works with children, and more so, how he has a degree. This doctor is perfect for those who just want meds without a proper diagnosis, how sad!

This doctor doesn't listen to your concerns. All I heard was "ok, ok, yeah, yeah..." for about 5 minutes then it was over. Staff goes missing most of the time. You're in the lobby waiting for hours even though he sees you for about 5-10 minutes and there really isn't many people waiting. I guess the doctor and his staff like to take a lot of brakes in between patients to watch youtube and netflix.

Did this psychiatrist investigate your medical background before recommending a treatment option?
Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment
