To anyone considering counseling from Dr. Kevin Downing - When my wife and I first went to Dr. Downing for marriage counseling in 2010, our marriage and our very lives were in crisis. He brought us back from the brink. Not only did Dr. Downing provide marriage counseling, but life counseling as well. He gave us helpful tools and practical assignments to get us both back on track. I can honestly say that Dr. Downing played a crucial role in saving our lives and marriage by providing guidance for our physical, mental and spiritual health. Thanks to God, our family and Dr. Downing, my wife and I are doing better than we ever have before…and we just celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary!

I am pre-med student who is from a different country and a different culture than that of the US's. I faced a really harsh time when I first came here and Dr. Kevin helped me adjust well in the US. And he also helped boost my confidence. I had a tough time adjusting here especially with a huge loss back in my home country, I was very depressed and I suffered a lot but he was there for me and he helped go through this painful time. Dr Kevin helped me improve and succeed academically and grow spiritually as well.
Dr. Kevin transformed my life, I was struggling with many issues in my life as I mentioned earlier and I thought there is no way out. But, Dr. Kevin was always there for me; he supported me, encouraged me and made me realize that God is always there for us. He is a wonderful doctor with great experience, and he believes that by using the right treatments and counseling through the will of God everything becomes possible. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin. As our Lord says: "There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing." (Proverbs 12:18, ESV.)

Dr. Kevin Downing is terrific and I would recommend him to anyone! I am more confident, whole, and successful because of the role he has played in my life. My husband and I did our premarital counseling with Kevin. We both feel that we gained tools and resources to make our marriage strong and better than the marriages we see around us. Kevin is a quality individual and an experienced professional!
