They were argumentative. The "therapist" (quotes because she could not possibly have had any proper massage training) did not listen and didn't even know what kind of massage I had paid for. Argued with me about it. I get LOTS of massages and love them, but not here. Horrible. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The staff was pretty unfriendly. The place was also very dirty.
