I really loved the way the chiropractor explained everything she was doing. I have had a bad experience with chiropractic in the past but coming here has really changed my views. The massage therapist was really great. She was able to focus on my trouble spots without bruising me. I really like coming to Divine Spine because the staff is really nice and friendly. I like the way they go above and beyond to solve any problem that is brought to their attention. They are always willing to serve their clients! I highly recommend this provider with absolutely no regrets!

Received a gift for a massage here. First appointment they canceled due to a sick child. I rescheduled two weeks later. Took off work. Hustled to get there on time. Paid tolls on tollway. Get there and they claim I canceled. Which I had not spoke to anyone from there. They gave my appointment to someone else. Had no explanation. They gave me a coupon to puchase another massage for a reduced rate. I have to laugh, why would I give this company another dime! I can't even use the one that was purchased! Does not seem like they are in it to stay in business. Don't waste your time like I did. Guess that is why they are using Groupon to build their business!

I really don't know why the person with the bad review even wrote it. She obviously went to the wrong clinic. BUT HEY YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE! I had a great experience. It wasn't hard to find the building if you use a little conscience, you're find it right away! The massage therapist was Courtney and she was great! She is worth tipping big!!!
They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
