I am also one of many people that bought massage packages that were never able to be redeemed due to business closing after filing for bankruptcy. I was never given a refund. I am out $200.

This company closed with no notice after selling thousands of dollars in gift certificates (see Better Business Bureau complaints against Whole Health Therapeutic Spa). I spent $200 on such gift certificates that I am now unable to use. I have contacted the business three times about a refund, and have received no response. Unprofessional and a total rip-off!
